Old Spokane City Well No. 1 and Well Electric

 
View of the historic building containing City Well No. 1, the first water supply well for the City of Spokane, constructed in 1907.  This old dug well is 28 feet in diameter and 40 feet deep as is located adjacent to Upriver Dam and Felts Field airport.
