Lance Hill Observatory
 
The Leo I Cloud consists of a group of galaxies in central Leo.  They consist of M95, M96 and M105, and all are approximately 31 million light years distant.

These images were all acquired the evening of 26 April 2001 with the Starlight Express MX5/16 camera, remotely operated from a PC in my house.

Exposure:  Eight to ten minutes, autoguided by STAR 2000 system
Enhancement:  gradient filter, dark frame subtracted and non-linear stretch
